Hi, I'm Timetrice – Addiction Counselor & Recovery Consultant
I specialize in Addiction, Anxiety, and DepressionI’ve spent the last 17 years working with adolescents and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma. My journey has taken me through outpatient clinics, residential programs, transitional housing, and independent living environments—each one deepening my commitment to helping people heal and rebuild their lives.
After completing my graduate studies in 2019, I began providing mental health counseling to incarcerated individuals at the Macon County Jail. It was during this time that I saw firsthand how addiction plays a major role in the cycle of crime and trauma. That experience reinforced my passion for addressing substance use disorders and supporting long-term recovery.
Today, I continue to offer culturally responsive, holistic care that respects each person’s background, values, and experiences. My goal is simple: to help you move from surviving to truly thriving—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Hi! I am Krista N. Garrett and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Indiana. I am a proud alumnae of Ball State University where I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. I have served in the field of social work since 2004 when I began my career in the child services sector through the Indiana Department of Child Services. Prior to this I was a service provider working with the underserved as well as expecting and new mothers. I believe in serving others, connecting people with resources, sharing information and opportunities, collaboration, and communication. My community and those in it are important to me. I love to see others thrive and achieve, even the smallest win is still a win!
I am so proud and blessed to be a Mama to my kids and wife to my husband. I am also a dog Mama of two!
I am looking forward to being able to connect and partner with you with your mental health and wellbeing. I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together!

I have always had a fear of animals especially dogs. However, in 2023 I welcomed a Malshipoo named Fendi into my life. He then convinced me that he needed a sibling and playmate. A short time later we welcomed our Double Doodle to the family. Her name is Phoebe. They are truly my besties and I love them to life! I am now known for approaching dogs anywhere I see them and asking their humans if I can meet and pet them. They are so full of life and love, I don’t know how I was ever afraid.
Favorite Scriptures: “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done.” (Philippians 4:6) ; “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10); I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
Favorite Show: I am not much of a tv watcher but I do indulge in a few reality tv shows on occasion.
Favorite Hobby: Cooking! My love language is feeding others, it is how I show love. Cooking is also my stress relief. I can come home after a long and stressful day at work and make two or three dishes. Those dishes are then plated and sent to my friends and family through my random drop offs. I can recreate most things that I taste with my own spin on them. My friends and family love being the recipients of my creations and I love it when they give me feedback or their pleasure of what I have made shows on their face. Last but not least I love to take car rides (when my husband is driving and I get to be the passenger) with the sunroof open, windows down, music on my favorite station and singing out loud to every song (on a good day of course when the breeze is just right)!
What makes me unique: My genuine interest in and empathy for people. I also at times come up with solutions that others may not see or think about. When you work with people it helps to be an out of the box thinker because no one person or situation is the same as another. This just comes with my experiences both in life and professionally.
Hidden Talents: I have a beautiful singing voice (but only in the shower or when driving in the car with the music blaring). Also, I am funny, seriously, I could be a stand up comedian!

What makes you unique? My path into the counseling profession wasn’t linear—my first degree was in business, but I quickly realized it didn’t bring me the fulfillment I was seeking. I now feel much more centered and aligned in a career that allows me to give back and support others through their own healing journeys. I believe in leading by example, which means I always prioritize my own self-care so I can show up fully and authentically for those I serve.
Favorite Colors: If I had to choose a favorite, it would be purple—but honestly, I love all colors and the unique energy each one brings.
